Is the SAP Forum free of charge?
- The attendance is free of charge for end-users and official SAP Forum sponsors.
- For any other consulting company, the entrance fee is 960€ (excl. VAT).
- SAP reserves the right to refuse any registration
Do I have to attend one area or can I select and compile my own agenda among the different areas?
The entire SAP Festival is free for you to walk around and attend sessions (speaker corners) of your choice. For round tables, the seats are limited and you have to reserve upfront via the registration page.
Do you provide catering for vegetarians?
Yes, you will be able to get your own food and choose a vegetarian menu.
Can I meet some experts and/or speakers?
You will find experts in your field of interest at the partner booths in the different areas. Have a look at the different booths on the website and discover what topics you can learn more about.
Parking space is provided on and around the site of Tour & Taxis. Follow the signs to find space.
Tour & Taxis also provides shuttles from and to Brussels Nord station between the hours of 05h30 and 22h00.
